As I was cleaning out my studio I came across this photo taken with Tom Bliley (US congressman ) in 1996. I had won 1st place in my congressional district for the Congressional Art Competition and was able to have an awards ceremony in Washington, DC where my piece hung in the U.S. Capitol.
